On October 26, the Conference for the 1^st List of Quanzhou Pilot Enterprises with Independent Talent Appraisal was held in Quanzhou. A total of 31 enterprises got the qualifications for independent talent appraisal, and Fujian Jing’An was one of the two enterprises in Anxi County made the list. 
In recent years, Fujian Jing’An has continuously improved its talent management mechanism. It has established Independent Talent Appraisal Plan of Jing’An Optoelectronics and set up Talent Appraisal & Approval Steering Committee to continuously improve its talent service and management capability. In addition, it has introduced a team of professional and enterprising talents in the industry. So far, 13 employees and a few teams of the company have been appraised and they are entitled to subsidies and preferential policies.   
Obtaining independent talent appraisal qualifications will help the company create better work environment to attract and retain talents, further increase growth channels and space for its professionals and first line technicians and vigorously advance its talent team construction, innovation and R&D.
