According to the Fujian “All Rivers Run into Sea” high-end talents gathering plan (2013-2017) (Fujian Provincial Party Committee Office [2013] No.3) and selecting methods, Fujian Provincial Party Committee Work Leading Group has selected 4 Fujian talent highland demonstration enterprises for the first time to stimulate them to introduce talents and realize industry transformation and upgrading. After review of the written materials and experts’ on-site investigation, San’an Optoelectronics was successfully selected as one of the first batch of Fujian talent highland enterprises. The title “Fujian Talent Highland” is a full affirmation of San’an Optoelectronics’ strong economic power, first-class technical level and outstanding talent strength.
