On January 24, 2016, the Fujian CAS Bio-Technique Co., LTD  jointly invested by Fujian San’an Group Co., LTD and CAS Institute of Botany held a grand foundation stone laying ceremony in the Hutou County Optoelectronic Industry Park in Anxi County, Quanzhou. After the ceremony, the large photobiology high-tech company was officially launched in Anxi. More than 100 guests attended and witnessed the ceremony, including Vice president of CAS Zhan Wenlong, Head of CAS Institute of Botany Fang Jingyun, Mayor of Quanzhou Kang Tao, Anxi County Party Secretary Gao Xiangrong and deputy Party Secretary Liu Linshuang and President of Fujian San’an Optoelectronics Lin Xiucheng, etc.

Fujian CAS Bio-Technique Co., LTD is a large photobiology high-tech company. With a total investment of 7 billion Yuan it covers an area of 500 mu. The project includes 3 phases of construction and the initial investment is 1 billion Yuan. After completed, the project is expected to achieve an annual output of 7 billion Yuan and become an influential domestic and international photobiology high-tech demonstration base.
